Throughout the winter and spring in 2015, Urban Ventures reached out for help designing a campus map as well as for help in branding their annual golf classic that was used to raise awareness for their organization and what they were doing. They came looking for something more unique in order to draw in the younger generation, as opposed to the standard 50-70 year old business men that they knew would show up and support their organization anyway. As a result, we came up with something more unique, playful, and energetic that would help to reach that goal. The branding for the golf classic intermixed handdrawn text and illustrations with photography and a slab serif typeface. The color palette itself was fairly monochromatic (4 shades of blue) along with an accent color of green.
